Your best estimator is your bottleneck.

Every enquiry has to pass through the one person who knows the sections, the rates and the rules. That person has eight hours a day, and the enquiries do not stop at five.

The quotation that eats a day

Take-off, pricing, a drawing, then typing it up. Four to six hours of your most experienced person — for one enquiry that may not convert.

The enquiries you never quoted

The ones that land on a Thursday afternoon behind six others. They wait two days, the customer buys elsewhere, and nobody logs why.

The knowledge that leaves at six

Your rates, your system library, the rules of thumb that keep a job profitable. Most of it lives in one head, and none of it is written down.

Sht 03 of 11  · The answer

So hire the role, not another seat.

An AI Estimator is the estimating role performed end to end by AI. It reads the enquiry, does the take-off, selects sections from your system library, prices at your rates, draws the elevation and writes the quotation. Your estimator reviews and sends it. Four to six hours becomes five to ten minutes.

Does the role, not a step

Reads the enquiry, does the take-off, prices it, draws it and writes the quotation — the whole job, not a calculator you still have to drive.

Reviewed by your people

Every quotation lands in front of a human before it reaches a customer. The AI does the four hours; your estimator does the judgement.

Built for fenestration

Aluminium, uPVC, façade and fire-rated. It knows what an interlock is, why glass is the shutter less 68 mm, and that a 6 m bar has off-cut.

Runs on your numbers

Your system library, your section weights, your rates, your margin. Not a generic estimator with your logo on it.

Leaner by design

Complex systems get the same computed take-off as simple ones, so a desk can run with up to 80% fewer estimators for the same quoting volume.

Accurate to the accessory

The BOQ is computed from your system library, not estimated by eye — 100% accurate to the profiles and accessories you have loaded.

It prices what is actually in the section: the profile, its weight per metre, the rebate the glass sits in and the gasket that seals it.

This is what comes back.

One enquiry — six 2400 × 1800 two-track sliders — run end to end. Every number on this page is computed from the same take-off, so it adds up the way a real quotation has to.

Sht 05 of 11  · The maths

More quotations. Fewer hands, if you choose.

The point is not that a quotation gets cheaper. It is that answering more enquiries stops being capped by the hours your estimating desk has — whether you use that to quote more with the same team, or run a leaner one, is your call.

6 hA manual quotation today, take-off to sent — four to six hours of an experienced estimator.

80%Up to 80% fewer estimators for the same quoting volume — the AI absorbs complex jobs, not just typing.
Adding estimators AI Estimator capacity Month 1 Month 12

Headcount is linear. Capacity does not have to be.

Every estimator you hire adds one estimator's worth of hours, once, and takes three months to get useful. An AI Estimator adds capacity the day it has your rate card, and adding the second one costs you a conversation, not a visa.

This is the shape of the argument, not a forecast of your numbers. Run yours on the ROI page — the calculator is ungated and the maths is on the screen.

Sht 06 of 11  · How it runs

Four steps, and you own three of them.

  1. 01

    Send it as it arrives

A PDF, a DWG, a photo of a job sheet, a WhatsApp message. No forms to fill and no format to learn.

  2. 02

    The AI does the take-off

It reads the sizes, picks the sections from your library, works the cutting list and asks you about anything genuinely ambiguous.

  3. 03

    Your estimator reviews

One screen: the quote, the elevation, the cutting list and every assumption it made. Change a rate, everything downstream re-computes.

  4. 04

Send it, then it is confirmed

The quotation goes out under your estimator's name. When your customer confirms, your team moves on with a take-off that was already done right.

Walk through it properly

Sht 08 of 11  · Who we are

Two offices, one reference customer, no invented numbers.

Where it was built

Inside a 20-year Kerala aluminium fabricator serving 7,000+ customers — a real factory with real enquiries, not a lab. The estimator was shaped by the quotations that plant actually had to send.

Where we are

Tajeer Plus FZC LLC, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE. Hilite Business Park, Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India. Both offices are staffed; either one can run your demo.

What we will not claim

We have no case-study logos to show you yet, no certifications to list and no testimonials we did not earn. What we have is a working estimator, and we will run it on your enquiry while you watch.

Deploy AI Engineers for your Exponential Growth

Manufacturing does not get transformed by software that expects the factory to change first. It gets transformed by taking one job that eats a day, doing it in minutes, and then doing the next one.

Why we work this way
Sht 10 of 11  · Questions

The five we get asked first.

What is an AI Estimator?

An AI Estimator is the estimating role performed end to end by AI: it reads an incoming enquiry, does the take-off, selects sections from your system library, prices the job at your rates, produces the elevation and cutting list, and writes the quotation. A human on your team reviews and sends it. A manual quotation takes four to six hours; this takes five to ten minutes.

Will it replace our estimator?

Not the role — the headcount, if that is what you want. Complex jobs get the same computed take-off as simple ones, so a desk can often run with up to 80% fewer estimators for the same quoting volume — a team of 20 down to around 4. The BOQ it produces is 100% accurate to the profiles and accessories you have loaded. Every quotation still gets a human review before it goes out.

How does it know our sections and our rates?

You give us your system library, section weights and price list during setup, in whatever shape you keep them — a spreadsheet, a supplier catalogue, an old quotation. The estimator prices against those. If your aluminium rate changes on Monday, you change one number and every quotation after it uses the new one.

What if the enquiry is incomplete?

It asks. Most enquiries arrive missing something — glazing spec, finish, whether installation is in scope. The AI Estimator raises the specific question rather than guessing, and flags every assumption it did make in the review screen so nothing is silently invented.

What does a live demo actually involve?

You send one real enquiry — the messier the better. We run it on the call and you watch the quotation, elevation and cutting list come out. It takes about thirty minutes and you keep the output whether or not you go further.

All the questions

See it run on one of your own enquiries.

Send us a real enquiry — a PDF, a drawing, a WhatsApp message. We will quote it live on the call and you keep the output either way.
