About

We build the AI Estimator for factories that cannot stop to be transformed.

CADBEATER started inside a working aluminium plant, not a product studio. Everything here exists because a quotation had to go out and there were not enough hours to write it.

Sht 01 of 5  · Mission

Deploy AI Engineers for exponential growth.

CADBEATER's AI Estimator is the estimating role, performed end to end by AI and reviewed by your team, for aluminium, uPVC, façade and fire-rated manufacturers. It turns an enquiry into a priced quotation, a dimensioned elevation and an accurate cutting list in minutes instead of hours — built to run a leaner estimating desk, not just a faster one.

The motto is not decoration. Deploy AI Engineers for your Exponential Growth — the word that matters is deploy. You are not buying a licence to a tool that waits for someone to drive it. You are putting a role to work, the way you would put a new estimator to work, except this one starts on Monday knowing your section library.

Growth is exponential when capacity stops being tied to headcount. That is an arithmetic claim about your quoting capacity, not a promise about your revenue, and we keep the two apart deliberately — including on the ROI page, where the calculator refuses to show you a payback figure we cannot stand behind.

Sht 02 of 5  · How we work

The adaptation culture, in full.

Six positions we hold, written down so you can hold us to them.

01

Adaptation beats transformation

Nobody in a working factory has time for a transformation programme. The machines are running, the orders are late and the enquiries keep arriving. So we build things that fit into the day as it already is — the enquiry arrives the way it always did, and the quotation goes out under the same person’s name.

02

Start where it hurts most

Not with the most impressive module — with the one job that eats a day and blocks everything behind it. For every fabricator we have met, that job is the quotation. Fix that first, prove it in a month, and earn the right to look at the next one.

03

The person stays in the loop

AI that sends a quotation without a human is not a bolder product, it is a liability with a nicer interface. We design for a person to review, catch and sign. That constraint makes the software better, because it has to be legible to the person checking it.

04

Show the working

Every number this software produces can be traced back to a section, a weight and a rate. A total nobody can explain is a total nobody should send. It is also how trust gets built with an estimator who has been doing this for twenty years and is entitled to be sceptical.

05

Say the unimpressive thing

We have no logos to show you, no certifications to list and no testimonials we have earned the right to print. Saying so costs us a little on first impression and saves everyone a wasted month. When we do have them, they will be real.

06

Built next to the machines

This was not designed in a workshop with sticky notes. It was built inside a working aluminium factory, shaped by quotations that actually had to go out on Tuesday. That is why it knows what an interlock is, and why it argues with you about glazing spec.

Sht 03 of 5  · Origin

Where did the AI Estimator come from?

The AI Estimator was built inside a 20-year Kerala aluminium fabricator serving 7,000+ customers — not as a pilot bolted onto a finished product, but as the thing that plant needed in order to answer the enquiries it was actually getting. The quotations it produced went to real customers, priced at real rates, and had to be right the first time.

We do not name them, and we will not until they ask us to. A factory's enquiry flow, rate card and margin are commercially sensitive, and a reference logo is not worth putting any of that in a competitor's line of sight. If that costs us credibility on a first read, we would rather spend it there than on our customer's behalf.

What we will do instead is show you. The worked example that runs through this entire site — quotation QT-2026-0847, six 2400 × 1800 two-track sliders, 216.15 kg of aluminium, 35 bars, 11.2% off-cut — is the real shape of the output. On a demo we run it on your enquiry instead.

Bring one enquiry to a thirty-minute call. You will know inside ten minutes whether the take-off is right, because your estimator will.
