This policy covers cadbeater.com. In short: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, we do not sell it, and any enquiry or drawing you share for a demo is used only to run that demo.

Who we are

What we collect

• Form submissions. Name, company, segment, market, mobile number, email address and which page the form was on. All of it is information you chose to type.
• Demo material. Any enquiry, drawing, rate card or quotation you send us so we can run a demo.
• Nothing passive. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, embeds no third-party analytics or social scripts, and loads no fonts or assets from other domains.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint that appends a row to a Google Sheet we control (https://script.google.com/macros/s/AKfycbzqQmriFXh0M…). That means Google processes and stores the data as our provider. We use it to contact you about the demo you requested.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your enquiries, drawings or rates to train shared or public AI models.
• We do not show one customer's material to another.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Demo material is deleted on request, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@cadbeater.com and we will act on it. You can unsubscribe from anything we send at any time.

Security

We take reasonable care with what you send us and limit access to the people who need it. We hold no formal security certifications and do not claim any. If your IT team has specific questions or a questionnaire, send it and we will answer honestly, including the parts we have to leave blank.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.

This policy is written to be accurate and readable rather than exhaustive. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer in either jurisdiction — a review is scheduled before any advertising spend points at this site.
