These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement for the software itself — if you become a customer, a separate service agreement covers that, and it will be a document you actually read before signing.

The worked example is an example

Quotation QT-2026-0847 and every figure derived from it — section weights, cut lengths, glass sizes, rates and totals — are a realistic worked example built to demonstrate the output. They are internally consistent and representative, but they are not a price list and not a quotation to you. Your quotation is priced against your own sections and rates.

The ROI calculator

The calculator on the ROI page is a capacity model. It shows estimating hours released and the quoting throughput those hours represent. It is not a forecast of revenue, profit or return, and nothing in it is a guarantee. The outputs depend entirely on the figures you enter.

What we do not claim

• No guaranteed return or conversion-rate uplift.
• No certification, accreditation or test evidence of any kind — including for fire-rated products, where ratings come from your system supplier and certifying authority.
• No endorsement by any named customer. The reference customer on this site is deliberately unnamed.

Where we say a desk can run with up to 80% fewer estimators, or that a BOQ is 100% accurate to the profiles and accessories you have loaded, those are capacity and technical statements about how the product works — not a guaranteed outcome for your business, and not a warranty against errors in what you load into it.

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share it. Do not use it to break the law, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not present its content as your own. The CADBEATER name, logo and the material on this site belong to us.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. Product capabilities described here evolve; the demo is the reliable way to see what it does today.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of this website alone. Price a real job with a real quotation, not with a marketing page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Ajman having jurisdiction, save where local consumer law gives you rights in your own country.
